Brazil’s Supreme Court has upheld laws in Mato Grosso and Rondônia that restrict tax incentives and public land grants for companies participating in private agreements that limit agricultural production, while also reaffirming the legality and constitutionality of the Amazon Soy Moratorium.
The Government has announced a £65 million package of support for farmers in England in response to the ongoing drought.
