Members are encouraged to share any specific regulatory or policy interventions that Government could take, particularly where fuel supply or costs are affecting operations, so these can be raised directly in AIC’s ongoing discussions.

The Government has laid before Parliament the draft Statutory Instrument (SI) titled The REACH (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026. This is accompanied by a draft explanatory memorandum and a final stage impact assessment.
