The GFLI was formed to establish a “global gold standard” for calculating the life-cycle analysis (LCA) of feed ingredients and is also PEF-compliant. The GFLI (Global Feed LCA Institute) database and tool aims to be the reference for assessing and benchmarking feed industry impact and improvement in LCA calculations.
