Defra announce a series of farming policy update events
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) will host a series of events across the country in early to mid-June to provide farmers with the latest policy updates, including information on the Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI).
Defra policy leads, alongside colleagues from the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) and Catchment Sensitive Farming (CSF), will deliver a presentation outlining the latest developments in farming policy. This will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
A total of 13 events will be held nationwide. They are free to attend, but booking is required. Full details are available via the Eventbrite platform.
