The Environment Agency are seeking views on their updated H5 Site Condition Report guidance relating to the Environmental Permitting Regulations (England and Wales) by 4 January 2026.

With COP30 currently ongoing, it is timely that the Government has published its Carbon Budget Growth and Delivery Plan (CBGD Plan).
