AIC Sustainable Commodities Scheme (ASCS) Published

ASCS Logo RGB.png

AIC Services are pleased to confirm that our AIC Sustainable Commodities Scheme (ASCS) is now published, a new initiative designed to help feed sector businesses meet the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the UK Soya Manifesto, supporting the transition to deforestation-free supply chains across the UK and Northern Ireland.

This scheme provides a single, industry-developed certification standard, reducing complexity and cost by removing the need for multiple, non-harmonised requirements from downstream customers.

The link to the full press release for the Scheme is here: AIC Launches Sustainable Commodities Scheme to Support EUDR Compliance and UK Market Demands

AIC would urge Members to familiarise themselves with the Scheme documents and if you have any questions please contact the scheme manager, Sue Whittington at [email protected].
