The latest Climate Change Agreement newsletter has been published which includes links for UK businesses in Climate Change Agreements to prepare to submit their 2025 subsidy award information to HMRC.

Sites covered by a Climate Change Agreement (CCA) can claim up to 92% relief on the Climate Change Levy (CCL) for electricity and up to 89% relief on other fuels.

AIC is preparing an industry response to the Environment Agency (EA) consultation on proposals for a new standard rules permit for mobile boilers. Members are invited to share any views on the proposed permitting, regulation, deployment and charging arrangements.
