The short video is the latest in a series of animations published by AIC to increase the understanding of policymakers, agricultural, stakeholders and the public on the role and significance of the agri-supply industry.
The new animation outlines the important work of Grain & Oilseed sector Members, from monitoring the production and distribution of grain and oilseeds for global food and fuel markets, to quality assurance throughout the supply chain.

It covers how merchants monitor global and domestic supply and demand for arable crops, with domestic surpluses able to be exported.
Also explained is why the UK climate means that certain quality grain and oilseeds need to be imported, and when domestic crops down meet size or quality specifications, additional imports may be necessary to cover any shortfalls.
Maintaining traceability and feed and food safety through the vital roles of the Trade Assurance Scheme for Combinable Crops (TASCC), Universal Feed Assurance Scheme (UFAS) and Feed Materials Assurance Scheme (FEMAS) is also inlcuded in the three-minute video.
Rose Riby, AIC's Head of Arable Marketing, said: "This video is a valuable resource to assist AIC and its Member businesses in demonstrating to policymakers, industry stakeholders and the public the important role played by the Grain & Oilseed sector."
