AIC Dinner and Conference 2025: Secure Your Spot
The Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC) looks forward to welcoming delegates to what promises to be a thought-provoking AIC Dinner & Conference 2025, featuring a diverse line-up of thought leaders from politics, business, academia, and trade.
Coming together to explore the timely theme of “Managing ‘New Global Norms’ in the Agri-Food Supply Chain”, the programme will explore how the sector can adapt and thrive amid shifting global dynamics.
The Conference Dinner will take place at the Holiday Inn West, Peterborough, and will formally mark the start of the AIC Conference. If you’ve booked for the Dinner, we look forward to welcoming you for an evening of networking and dining.
The AIC Conference itself will be held at the same venue throughout the following day, offering a full agenda of engaging sessions and discussions designed to inform and inspire.
Chaired by BBC Radio’s Caz Graham, attendees will hear from Sam Lowe (Flint Global) who will open with insights on global mega-trends and trade dynamics. Dr Elliott Grant (University of Cambridge) will explore AI’s impact on agriculture. Kelly Hewson-Fisher (Savills) will address sustainable land use and profitability. Prof. Pete Falloon (Met Office) will present on climate intelligence and forecasting.
Political perspectives will be shared by Dame Angela Eagle MP, Mairi Gougeon MSP, and Huw Irranca-Davies MS, focusing on food security and rural affairs. Later sessions include Tim J Smith CBE (Cranswick) on meat supply chain resilience, Baroness Minette Batters on farm profitability, and George Freeman MP on the “30:50:50 Vision” for UK agriculture.
