What is the mandate of the group? The ESTA (European Seed Treatment Assurance) Working Group was initiated by the AIC to provide a management platform for the assurance scheme which covers the quality assurance in the application of treatments to seed that include plant protection products. To consider and advise on all aspects of existing and proposed legislation and to respond to relevant consultation documents.
