Use of plant protection products
Sustainable Use Directive (2009/128/EC) - this is the text agreed by the European Parliament and Council in October 2009.
The Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012. This legislation implements the Sustainable Use Directive in the UK and came into force on 18th July 2012.
