HSE has issued new guidance on the criteria for applications for emergency authorisations for use of plant protection products.

On 5 September, the AIC met with officials from Her Majesty’s Treasury (HMT) to discuss concerns regarding quarterly rate determination for the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
