The Code of Practice for using Plant Protection Products (England and Wales)

A High Court judgment on 4 June 2026 found that the decision to introduce the Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Regulations 2025 (the Regulations) was affected by a procedural error in how powers were understood, rather than the substance of the policy.
