Martha Headley to Speak at Oxford Farming Conference’s Growing Farmers Session
We’re delighted to share that Martha Headley, Commercial Manager at Withernay and a valued member of the AIC Future Forum, will be speaking at the Growing Farmers session during the Oxford Farming Conference on Friday, 9th January.
Representing the AIC Future Forum, AIC’s initiative to support and develop the next generation of professionals in the UK’s agri-supply industry, Martha brings insight from her family business, which specialises in re-purposing former food products to create feed for young livestock. er strong understanding of succession planning and commitment to inspiring future talent make her a standout voice in the sector.
Alongside her studies in Animal Science at Anglia Ruskin University, Martha is passionate about promoting careers for young people in the animal feed industry.
