Representing the AIC Future Forum, AIC’s initiative to support and develop the next generation of professionals in the UK’s agri-supply industry, Martha brings insight from her family business, which specialises in re-purposing former food products to create feed for young livestock. er strong understanding of succession planning and commitment to inspiring future talent make her a standout voice in the sector.
Alongside her studies in Animal Science at Anglia Ruskin University, Martha is passionate about promoting careers for young people in the animal feed industry.
