Harriet joins AIC at an important time for the fertiliser sector, with ongoing work across nutrient management, environmental policy, trade and regulation. Over the coming months, she will work closely with Jo Gilbertson, who will be handing over responsibilities ahead of his departure from the role.

The transition period will allow Harriet to become fully familiar with current priorities, committee work and live policy issues, while also providing opportunities to meet Members and build relationships across the sector.

Following an initial period of working alongside Jo, responsibilities will gradually transfer to Harriet, ensuring continuity for Members and ongoing projects. The handover is expected to be completed by the end of September.
