AIC Joins the Global Pulse Confederation as a Member

We’re pleased to share that the AIC is now a member of the Global Pulse Confederation (GPC), the leading international organisation representing the global pulses sector.

This membership connects AIC to a worldwide network of pulse sector leaders, offering valuable opportunities for collaboration, market insight, and policy engagement.

Through GPC, AIC gains access to a suite of exclusive benefits that support our work and enhance the value we offer to Members. These include:

  • Access to global market tools

  • Participation in members-only webinars and networking platforms

  • Visibility in the GPC Members Directory

  • Use of the GPC certificate and logo

  • Opportunities to engage in international events and working groups

This partnership strengthens AIC’s voice in global discussions on sustainable agriculture, trade, and food security, particularly as pulses play an increasingly important role in climate-resilient farming and nutrition strategies.

Next Steps

AIC will actively participate in GPC working groups and events, ensuring UK perspectives are represented and our Members benefit from shared knowledge and opportunities across the global pulses sector.
