With less than a month to go, anticipation is building for the AIC Dinner & Conference 2025, taking place on 11–12 November at the Holiday Inn West in Peterborough. As tickets continue to sell, now is the perfect time to shine a spotlight on one of the event’s most eagerly awaited highlights: the Black-Tie Dinner.

An Evening of Networking and Insight

On the evening of 11 November, delegates will gather for a formal dinner that seamlessly blends industry networking with thought-provoking discussion. This year’s keynote speaker is Baroness Minette Batters, former National Farmers Union (NFU) and a prominent voice in UK agriculture and rural affairs.

The dinner typically welcomes over 200 delegates, with 87% at board and senior management level, offering unparalleled networking opportunities. We’re also delighted to welcome rising talent through our “Next Generation” programme, which offers discounted rates to support future leaders in the agri-supply sector.

John Kelley, AIC’s Chief Operating Officer, commented: “The AIC Dinner & Conference is a fantastic opportunity for the 'Next Generation' to engage with the agri-food industry. It supports succession planning and helps build strong professional networks.”

Why Attend the Dinner?
  • Connect with senior leaders, policymakers, and innovators in a relaxed, elegant setting.

  • Gain early insights into the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

  • Celebrate the resilience and innovation of the agri-food industry with peers from across the UK.

Whether you’re attending the full conference or joining us for the dinner alone, this is a unique opportunity to engage with some of the sector’s most influential voices in a truly enjoyable setting.

This year’s theme, “Managing ‘New Global Norms’ in the Agri-Food Supply Chain”, will bring together thought leaders from politics, business, academia and trade. The programme will explore how the sector can adapt and thrive amid shifting global dynamics.

We’re proud to support the Farming Community Network as this year’s charity partner, recognising the vital work they do in supporting farmers and their families across the UK. The event is kindly supported by sponsors US Soybean Export Council (USSEC)Kiwa UKRDP CommunicationsAgriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB)Eden Search and BASIS Registration Ltd
