Updated list of Food/Feed schemes recognised by AIC

2022-0149

AIC has published an updated recognised list of Food/ Feed certification schemes.

The key changes are:

  • Inclusion of the new GMP+ International Feed Safety Assurance Standard with appropriate scope descriptions for each section
  • Inclusion of FAMI-QS as recognised scheme for feed materials, with footnote highlighting importance of ensuring the feed material is in scope

Note: GMP+ International is in a transition period moving from the old scheme structure (B1, B3, B4.1 etc) to a new structure where the scope description is key. AIC list will continue to list both schemes until the transition process is complete.
