PackUK Offers Limited Window to Correct 2025 pEPR Packaging Data
PackUK has set a 1 September 2026 deadline for producers to correct any errors and resubmit their 2025 packaging data. This applies to businesses that pay Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR) fees for packaging.
The deadline gives producers five months from the 1 April 2026 reporting deadline to amend data within their submissions. PackUK will use this data to publish confirmed producer fees for 2026/27 and issue Notices of Liability later this year.
If producers report through compliance schemes, they are advised to contact their scheme to confirm what information they need to provide and by when.
