National Cyber Security Centre June Webinars

The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) are running a number of their "NCSC Small Organisations Digital Loft" webinars in June. These are 1hour webinars during June specifically aimed at small Organisations, although anyone is welcome to join, and you don't have to be from an IT or technical background to be able to do something to improve your cyber security.

You can register for each of the events listed below by clicking on the titles.
 
11.30 on Monday13th June - Cyber Aware for Sole Traders and Micro-Businesses
Learn how to protect yourself or your small organisation online including passwords and 2-Step Verification (2SV).

11.30 on Thursday 16th June - Cyber Security for Small Organisations
How to improve your cyber security; affordable, practical advice for businesses.

1pm Wednesday 22nd June - Cyber Essentials
Cyber Essentials helps you to guard against the most common cyber threats and demonstrate your commitment to cyber security.

You can also stay up to date with the latest information and events from the NCSC through the Subscription Centre.

Simon Williams is Technical Manager for AIC Services. He is based at AIC Head Office, Peterborough and is responsible for the management and coordination of the FEMAS and UFAS assurance schemes as well as being the key contact for mutual recognition with European scheme owners and managing Earned Recognition relationships with UK feed and food competent authorities.

Previous to his role with AIC, Simon was employed in a variety of technical roles in the food industry covering primary and further processing of meat, breakfast cereals and a product technologist role with a major retailer.
