AIC Scotland Members encouraged to take part in "Workforce of the Future" qualifications research

AIC Scotland Members have a valuable opportunity to help shape the development of new qualifications in agriculture and related industries by taking part in a survey.
The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) research, "Scottish Skills and Education Provision – Workforce of the Future", is a major opportunity for the agri-supply industry to highlight skills gaps and where provision needs to be made to address this through training and new qualifications.
Rural skills development
The SQA is conducting research to collect the views of employers in the agricultural industry on the new HNC and HND qualifications being developed in Scotland, and their impact on the future workforce.
