F20-010 AIC Feed Sector Covid-19 update 16 Mar 2020
| AIC are continually monitoring the coronavirus outbreak both in the UK and globally and have convened a feed sector Covid-19 response team in order to assess the risks and the impact these may have on the feed industry.
F20-009 Animal Feed Coronavirus update 06 Mar 2020
AIC has received enquiries from a number of feed sector members expressing concern about how potential official control measures to limit the spread of Coronavirus could impact the feed industry. AIC is closely monitoring current government advice and has noted the evidence given by the Chief Medical Officer that the government strategy was moving from the “containment” phase to the “delay” phase.

F20-007 Urgent – further update for importers of High Risk Food/Feed Not of Animal Origin (HRFNAO) 20 Feb 2020
Defra have today updated the informtion they released yesterday: | As you know, you can no longer raise new CEDs in TRACES Classic (for HRFNAO); instead you must use TRACES NT to complete a CHED-D notification.
F20-006 Defra Update: Importers of HRFNAO from outside the EU must use TRACES NT from Wednesday 01:00 GMT19 February 19 Feb 2020
AIC have received the following important update from Defra: | Further to our last email to you we have a confirmed date and time – 01:00 GMT on Wednesday 19 February – for the switch from TRACES Classic to TRACES NT for Importers of HRFNAO from outside the EU.

F20-004 No evidence of risk with Coronavirus 2019-nCoV in feed 06 Feb 2020
The rapid expansion of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and the declaration by WHO that this was a Public Health Emergency of International Concern has triggered questions within the feed chain over the potential risk with goods imported from China, including feed additives.
