How to Join

AIC welcomes Membership applications from eligible organisations and individuals. This section provides information for prospective Members about the benefits of different classes of Membership.

Who can be a Member

Any company or organisation within the agricultural supply industry may apply to join AIC.  Members of AIC include manufacturers, distributors, hauliers, merchants, educational establishments, consultants and other trade associations within the relevant trade sectors.

Applicants agree to comply with the criteria for Membership laid down by the AIC Board, including a commitment to high standards and practice.

How to become a Member

Organisations can apply to join AIC under the following categories:

Full Member - distributors, manufacturers, traders, merchants, processors or brokers actively working within the agricultural supply industry.

Subscriber Member - Companies with minimal turnover who work directly within the UK agricultural supply industry and have a minimum of 2 years trading.

Associate Member - Companies who are not agricultural suppliers, but who trade with the agricultural supply industry and whose interests are judged to be compatible with AIC Members.

Personal Member - Self-employed individuals who work directly within the agricultural supply industry and whose interests are judged to be compatible with AIC Members.

Haulier Member - companies involved in the road haulage of combinable crops, animal feed materials or as-grown seeds.
