As an experienced auditor who has worked in the food and animal feed industry for over 20 years, Pauline has helped a number of clients in person on both TASCC and FEMAS schemes, not only in drafting HACCP and quality documentation but also by providing advice and food and feed safety training. More recently her website www.OnleyOne.co.uk has been developed to provide an online virtual consultancy service and it is aimed at TASCC participants. Users sign up to be an OnleyOne member and can then access key information on the TASCC scheme as well as download Quality Management documentation specific to their business to make their TASCC audit more straightforward. The website advises participants on how to organise their documentation easily and efficiently and is a cost effective way of accessing expert advice. OnleyOne also sends out reminders to participants to prompt them to carry out tasks which are due regularly such as HACCP review, internal audits etc. OnleyOne is intended to make life easier for both TASCC participants and their auditors. By providing information to the members on each aspect of the scheme Pauline is supporting improvements in food and feed safety as well as developing confidence.
