The British Survey of Fertiliser Practice, funded jointly by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, the Scottish Executive Environment and Rural Affairs Department and AIC, is an independent annual report of fertiliser application rates providing data for farmers and environmentalists, regulators and the industry.
These mineral fertiliser delivery data are the latest to be published from the consolidated returns which are provided on a monthly basis to those members of the AIC Fertiliser Sector who participate in the internal statistics reporting service.
AIC Services in conjunction with the certification bodies have led the agri-supply sector in adopting remote auditing during the COVID 19 pandemic. This method of auditing has proved to be a reliable way of auditing companies and has the support of various sectors of the agri-supply industry.
The Feed Adviser Register (FAR) is set to launch its new “Find a Feed Adviser Checker” on 8th June. This online checker is a new initiative by FAR, which will allow farmers to find nearby feed companies that employ registered feed advisers.
