Eileen Pullinger joined AIC as Fertiliser Sector Head in April 2006 and has overall responsibility for issues relating to fertilisers.

Prior to joining AIC, Eileen had a senior position within Defra's Farm Focus Division. In that role, she had considerable involvement with the issues and legislation concerning fertiliser use and distribution in the UK. She has also represented the UK at meetings of the EU Fertilisers Working Group in Brussels."

Jane Salter , Head of Environment Policy, is based at the AIC Head Office, Peterborough and is responsible for management and co-ordination of agriculture and environmental matters for the fertiliser sector, and AIC's Cross Sector environmental matters.

Previous to her role with AIC, Jane gained a Bsc (Hons) in Crop Technology and Resource Management (Bath, Cirencester).  She joined the Fertiliser Manufacturers Association in 1994, taking several roles, in agriculture and communications and as deputy director general, up until the creation of AIC in 2003.
