Our fifth Agribusiness conference tackles the key issues of managing food and feed security within the agricultural supply industry. This is an essential event for all business leaders affected by these global issues.
The balance of feed and food supplies have changed in recent years, from a period of high levels of world stock and low commodity prices to a period of low stock and higher, more volatile commodity prices. The dramatic rise in feed and food prices and the spectre of shortages are becoming not only a hot political issue, but a real concern throughout the supply chain. The role of the agricultural supply chain, as an essential element of managing feed and food security will be debated at Agribusiness 2009. Speakers from the political, financial, scientific and business community will be giving presentations about this critical issue.
